This a dry recipe made of dry fish. Actually I thought of making some thing else and resulted in this, new invention. You can have this as a side dish for any thing even for bread, dosa, sambar, rasam, chappati, phulka etc.
When storing carrots, remove the leaves first because they will draw water from the carrots and cause them to wilt. If carrots wilt, cut one end off and stand them up in a glass of cold water to crisp them up again.
