Last week my husband was having viral fever. I asked him what he want to eat he told any thing which gives me energy. So I thought of this soup. I went in to the kitchen blank without any idea while I was chopping I got this idea of making this soup. It will be some what bland if you want you can add sauce or chillies.
By the name itself you can know that what kind of food it is, yes it is crispy and tasty. You can use it as evening snacks or as side dish for any type of rice item like sambar rice, rasam rice or any mixed rice etc
Don't be afraid! Its written in french i.e. Almond Creme Brulee or Almond burnt cream, which mean a baked custard dessert, topped with caramelized sugar crust. Actually brulee is made of egg yolk but I don't like egg in chilled form, so I tried this one in which they had used custard powder.
