This a dry recipe made of dry fish. Actually I thought of making some thing else and resulted in this, new invention. You can have this as a side dish for any thing even for bread, dosa, sambar, rasam, chappati, phulka etc.
Chill the onion for at least 30 minutes before cutting. The sulfuric compounds contained in the onion do not react with the air as quickly when they are cold.
